To secure your Booking , we request pre- payment of your services booked.
for beauty services pre-payment will be put towards your services on the day of your appointment.
This pre-payment is $50 for Hair bookings and $25 for Beauty bookings,
If you book with us online in the future, a pre-payment is processed to secure your online booking.
We request a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel all or part of your booked services.
When you make a booking with us, that appointment space is reserved for you and no longer on offer to other salon guests.
If we have a “no show guest” or a time that opens up last minute, it is near impossible to recover that time and arrange another booking from our waitlist.
The pre paid amount will be forfeited to recover the loss of time in our business.
We do understand that there may be circumstances out of your control that cause you to cancel within the 48 hours expected notice. We just ask that you give us as much notice possible & consider our need to implement this policy for the future of our Salon & Team.
If we can/are able to fill the “last minute cancellation” we will let you know and carry your $50 over your next booking with us at Dalliance.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment time or Cancel my appointment?
You can contact us by;
Phone or Text - during business hours.
After hours/ anytime ; email us at info@dalliancehair.com.au or our Facebook or Instagram direct messages.
To confirm your booking :
Your booking is only confirmed when the $50 pre-payment is received.
This must be paid at least 1 week out from your appointment date.
A SMS confirming your appointment will be sent 4 days prior. Please respond (Y or N).
A 2nd SMS will be sent the next day if we have had no response to the first.
We do understand that things can come up that mean you may have to reschedule or cancel. Let us know & we will rebook you for a future date.
If you require a new time/date , your $50 will then be attached to your the new booking.
If we have not received a response and a phone call from us has also been unable to to confirm the booking, we will cancel this appointment 48 hours prior. This way we have the opportunity to recover the appointment time & offer it to a guest on our priority waitlist.
If you need to Cancel a booking & do not have a time in mind to reschedule , we will return your $50 pre-payment.
How do I pay my Deposit (Please read and follow the steps below)

Click the “BOOK NOW’ button
Click on “All Services” in the menu tab
Click on “Booking Deposit” and the date of your appointment.
Then follow the steps to complete the secure payment.
